Thanks to the wonders of modern technology, I have had clients like Michelle all around the world training with me using www.skype.com and emails to stay in contact and “train” with me on a weekly basis.
After an initial Skype consultation I prepare individual nutrition suggestions and a personalised workout program to get you to your goals so that you can still workout in the gym or fitness facility that you normally train in. If you don’t go to a gym I can easily organise a home workout exercise routine that will still get you the results you want.

Yes you do need to be a little more in control and focused but, just as I am always available for my local clients to phone or text, I am always just a Skype call or email away and I answer as quickly as I do for my local clients asking me questions.
